  • This beach house is on the ground level of a duplex and located only 3 houses from the beach at 115 45th Street. Special features include 4 bedrooms that are ensuites and it can accomodate up to 6 adults comfortable plus 4 small children; an exclusive patio with BBQ, 6 person seating and a lounge area for entertaining. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment.
