"We had such a lovely stay in Newport Beach on Balboa Island. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and in a perfect location close to the ferry, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. "The location of the apartment can’t be beat. It is only a handful of houses from the water and a short walk from downtown. If you don’t plan to leave Balboa you do not need a rental car. The place itself is laid out perfectly for a small family, friends or a couple. The beds are comfy, the bathroom nicely appointed, the living room is spacious enough for five to hang out around the fire. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook a simple meal. The only wish was to have more of a dining room set up on the deck rather than a sitting area. There are fantastic beach chairs and beach towels available which made her time by the water very relaxing. We did have a rental car and parking was a breeze. I will definitely be back again and cannot recommend this place enough ! "
