This property still needs a lot of finishing work. Drains not to building regulations, showers leaked into kitchen, soil pipe from the upstairs toilet leaked all over the yard.Wifi not working, paint over all the windows. Leak in the main bathroom when it rained.Back yard still full of building rubble and waste bins not emptied.Inside of the property was very spacious and clean.Excellent location
