Plenty of parking - very helpful staff at reception , room was light, spacious and spotlessly clean. hotel in general was well lit and very clean - we didnt get to use the pool but it looked really nice. Great location for Metro centre - couple of minutes walk. Only a small gripe - shame there is no residents bar ! would def stay again when we are back visiting family.

Ten minute walk to the Metrocentre made shopping there convenient and avoided parking problems. Room was clean and well furnished but a frig and microwave would be nice. Check on Expedia or other sites for the best prices.

Staff were lovely at reception, very helpful & pleasant. I do enjoy a smiling welcome. Also bar staff were great too. Bed was super-comfy. Good size room & shower room. Downside was having no fridge in the room for a hot July weekend & that the toilet seat was stained with what I assume to be fake tan. Pool was great too. Already booked to stay again next month.
