Great stay overall. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and welcoming, and the bar had a great atmosphere in the evening. Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We also used the swimming pool, which was a nice facility, although the water was quite cold. The only issue was at breakfast. We had already paid for breakfast through Expedia, but unfortunately this hadn’t transferred into the hotel’s system, which caused some confusion.

First time staying at this Hotel. It’s newly changed to Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean but for a refurbished hotel the grout in the bathroom was missing in places. The air con unit is floor mounted and sounded like a tractor. This really needs sorted as had to turn off durning night due to noise.

Quiet location. Near retail park with cinema and food outlets. Useful as no meal available on Sunday night. Swimming pool and jacuzzi etc OK but very hot and changing room like a sauna. Bed very comfortable. Clean and lots of parking. Standard Holiday Inn.

The room was spotless but had a problem with thd drain in the bath tub took hours to empty.And breakfast is not included. A chatge off £14 on top off the £162 id already paid i did ferl that this should be included in all bookings as a guest.
