"The Metropole is a reminder of the glory days of Llandrindod, a big Victorian hotel that has changed little over the years. The food is generally good and plentiful and the service is very good. The spa is worth a visit, the facilities are very good, especially the pool area. The hotel is starting to look a little shabby again, but is clean and tidy. We have been staying here for years and will come back again. "

"The Inn was excellent in all respects.
The duty Manager was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was as we expected.
The other staff were also very warm and helpful, food was also first class.

The food breakfast and evenings meal were superb..Cooked well and well sized portions..The receptionists jill was so helpful and friendly.If you do vist you must visit the andrew langton sculpture museum. Just next door.. so interesting "
