This space flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with a king bedroom serviced by ducted air conditioning, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds, both with ceiling fans. Two bathrooms and a dedicated laundry with a washing machine provide added ease for longer visits. A stylish study nook offers a quiet spot for remote work or reading, while one of the building’s standout features is the shared rooftop terrace perfect for taking in sweeping city and beach views. With secure underground parking and Newcastle Beach, cafés, wine bars, parks, and transport all a short walk away, this apartment provides a premium inner-city retreat. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. I travelled to Newcastle with my parents and sister for a family event. The unit was very comfortable and clean and located in a great spot—easy walking access to cafes, restaurants, and the tram. The rooftop area was a bonus, where we watched the sunset and a cargo ship come into port. It is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to pick up and drop off the keys. Website says accept amex, they don't. Paid online invoice. Only small part $ deducted so had to do a second invoice, after 4 phone calls. Needed ID and selfy of ocupants, no problem and sent through. Selfy was of myself and wife, NO thry said, needed selfy of booking person only. I travel 8 to 10 weeks a year internationally have used Stayz many times. No problem.
