"The property itself is not bad because there is a natural waterfall on the property. That’s the only good thing I can say about this property. They have no parking on the property for guests. The road condition it terrible it’s almost impossible to get up in car without damaging your vehicle which I was not aware of prior to booking else I would never booked this place. Whoever is booking this place needs a 4*4 pick up get up there if you a regular car or taxi ur vehicle will be significantly damaged. The road condition was so terrible that once I finally got to the property that I had already paid for, I didn’t checked in and asked for a refund but they refused to that. One of the many reasons why I didn’t checked in is because my taxi driver said he will never go back up that road once he leaves because of the road condition. I had to pay for a new and to fix his front bumper from the damage that the road caused to his vehicle. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t even checked in and was unable to get any kind of refund now even 50% back. Do not book this hotel unless you have a 4*4 pick up truck."

"I stayed at S Hotel Kingston for my birthday and the service was immaculate from start to finish. Akeem handled our room service and he was so pleasant and professional. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff member who took my breakfast room service order was wonderful she even offered a complimentary fruit plate, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special. The hospitality truly added to my birthday experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I found the staff friendly, approachable and willing to assist - I needed help to understand the elevator - they were there. I needed something scanned - they were there. I needed needle and thread - they were there. Thank you. But of particular delight was the breakfast served every day - I stayed six days. I want to say a big shout out and thank you to Amoya - the Hostess in the breakfast area and to the chef who tantilised my palate with boiled yam, dumplings, creole mackerel and kidney.
