  • Charming renovated cottage available for weekly rentals, front and back decks, all new appliances, refinished hard wood floors, beautiful views. Perfect for families. Swim, kayak, or sail from the private basin beach or take the short cut through to the main beach, a five-ten minute walk. Newburyport is a 10 minute car ride away and hosts a wide variety of shops, galleries, and restaurants. We're also only 1hr from Boston.
