Lovely Apartment

Really good location 15 min walk to Penn station then 20 min train into New York. Apartment lovely, only recommendation is need more tha 1 towel a person and also drying cloth needed. Would book again

Home away from home

My stay was very good and relaxing. The host would respond back quickly and helped with answering any questions that I needed help with. There is a supermarket around the corner and very convenient for transportation. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Pretty cute place in a busy area. Street parking was not as bad as many other surrounding areas.

Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience.

Good location for the Path to NYC.

Overall very satisfied with the exception of the air not on when we checked in and extremely hot and we did not have wash cloths. All minor issues, but worth mentioning.

Room is average. There was a washer dryer that was broken. When asked i was not given a fixable solution. The host was good in the beginning but at the end he was rude and his reason was that he was maintaining multiple units. I wouldnt go back to this guy who doesnt respect guests.

Staying for one night

After booking I wrote to ask questions and even paid extra to check in early. Everything was great the was very responsive and very quick to respond up until 5 minutes before I checked it. We could not figure out the key pad and it locked us out. I tried calling the host 4 times and no answer. I messaged him 4 times no answer, we finally figured it out. We went it and the tv stands were very dusty and I thought this was odd since I had to paid an extra fee for early check in and I was told it was because it inconvenienced the cleaning staff. Then showering was an issue because the hot water didn’t work again messaged the host and no answer. So we all took a cold shower, then the internet kept going out and, it was advertised as a two bed room and pull out cot. The host did inform me of this as I was heading there, that the second room was not useable even though we paid for two bedrooms. The host connected me back about the water at 10 at night and then messaged me about leaving a five star review. When I tried to come to some kinda conclusion to these issues he questioned me about unrelated things. I wouldn’t stay again and would have loved to enjoy it but not with a cold shower and host who don’t communicate my whole stay.
