Everything was as described in the listing or better. The house was very clean, well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, A/C and heating worked perfectly, dishes/pots/pans were in excellent condition, and the toiletries were first rate. The neighborhood felt safe and parking in the driveway was a real plus so that we did not need to rely on street parking. We have stayed in Jersey City and Times Square before. This rental exceeded our expectations. We had 8 travelers and a fur baby, and it could not have been more perfect. It is close to Newark Airport. It is on a nice street and even a neighbor told us if we needed anything that she was just next door! Where does that happen?!!! The house had neen renovated and had everything we needed and more.The owner had even left snacks out. We also had a 13 y/o that this was his first time to NYC and she even left NYC keychains for him! So very thoughtful and kind.The beds were amazing! So amazing that I asked where she purchased it so I could buy one. The bathrooms and showers were great. We did have to ask for some more towels and they were there within 10 minutes! Amazing! There was a full size washer and dryer that we used after that. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to the PATH station at Journal Square which was super convenient. Getting a Uber was very quick as well. We were so fortunate that we were able to reserve this rental for our stay.
