Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful, the amenities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. I just want to clarify, the situation involving my other party and his guest whom I did not invite to the room was very unfortunate. I did not intend for there to be any disruption to the property or other guests. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff during my stay and wanted to make sure the circumstances were properly noted on my reservation.

Close to EWR airport. Hotel had a shuttle but there was mass confusion on how to actually get to the shuttle so we took a taxi. Happy hour and breakfast were wonderful options to have as we were tired from traveling. Room was big, had everything we needed.

The breakfast bar was very good and the location with the Embassy shuttle was perfect for our trip out of Newark airport to Sweden. Also, we took advantage of leaving our car at Embassy Suites for 10 days with a reasonably priced park & fly service.

The property overall is nice, but showing some wear and age on the carpets and water fixtures. The fixtures have lime buildup and leak a bit. The bed was awesome as we had just returned from Turkey and Greece where the beds overall were hard!

Room was clean. The sofa bed was already pulled out which was not necessary. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. View from the 8th floor was great. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Was able to get to New York in about 30 minutes or less. Hotel restaurant was only ok. Went there for dinner 3 times. 1st time was good. Food was good wait time was ok. 2nd time we went they closed early. Not sure what the problem was. 3rd time was the worse. It took an hour maybe longer to get my food and my bill to go. Saw other people come and waited to be seated but nobody came for at least 10 minutes so they left. Some of my food was cold by the time I got to eat it. I would have ate breakfast if I knew it was complimentary. I didn't receive a welcome bag that other Hilton hotels give you and I am an honors member. The weather was horrible that weekend with the noreastern. If the weather was better I think I would have enjoyed my stay a little better.
