We wish they provided complimentary breakfast especially when a traveler has small children. The parking for guests could be priced more reasonable. It does not make too much sense to pay as much as a driver who is not staying at the hotel. After working all day in 100-degree heat, I arrived exhausted at 11:15 PM for check-in, only to discover my assigned room had \*\*no functioning air conditioning\*\*. When I approached the front desk and requested to be moved to a room with working AC, Mr. Shamav informed me no alternative rooms were available, offering only a refund. \*\*This resolution was unacceptable\*\* given that other arriving guests were being accommodated. After expressing concerns about unfair treatment and requesting to speak with a manager, Mr. Shamav stated no manager was available. When I insisted on a viable solution ("You must arrange proper accommodations - it's extremely late and finding alternative lodging now is impossible!
