My room specifically lacked heating for three days until Monday, when staff explained the issue was due to a neighboring unit's air conditioning, which I found illogical. Additionally, the hallways consistently smelled of weed, and music from the rooftop club, located on the 8th/9th floor, was audible from the 3rd floor. On my final night, after finally being relocated and purchasing air fresheners, I finally experienced a comfortable and odor-free sleep.
