"We liked the location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are showing their age with faucets not working correctly. The thermostate was set to 65 but not moving as far as temperature continuing to show 70 degrees. Lots of webs/lint on the entry into the room and missing door pulls. We also did not have enough towels for 4 people. However, that was quickly remedied by housekeeping after our call. Elevators were out of order and caused us to stop at multiple floors with already full elevators."
