This hotel was the best stay we’ve had in NYC. The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was just right for a family of four. You can tell this hotel takes pride in its property, as things are well maintained and the staff all seemed to value the guest experience. Only regret is not having found this hotel sooner. It will be where we stay from now on.

Loved that it was less than a block from any subway line I needed. Clean, chic rooms with good lighting. Bathroom counter had a ton of space which I appreciated. The first night I woke up multiple times to the sound of someone banging on a door nearby and yelling. The next day I heard police in the hallway kicking someone out. Not sure if they were correlated. The walls are thin, not very soundproof. Housekeeping was great. Would stay here again.
