He was to busy in his phone.. I said excuse me about 5 times and even knocked on the window.. he finally looked up when I rose my voice and said hello I’m here to check in. He seemed annoyed and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him what floor my room was in because I couldn’t hear him.. but other than that I enjoyed my stay. PLEASE look into this practice. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Oct 2017 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Sagarame, JAPAN 5 Dec 2017 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 果たして、宿泊しても良い環境か…・ チェックインの後、客室に入ると、床のジュータンに綿埃や紙屑が絡まっている。シャワー室に入れば、前の人の使用済のタオルが防水床に落ちているし、髪の毛も散乱している。4泊したが、タオルと寝具以外の補充は、全く無い！（ 紙コップ・コーヒー類・固形石鹸やシャンプー類 ）又、ジュータン床もシャワー室床も清掃した気配が全く無い！（ シャワー室の床と防水床は、毎日、部屋に戻ってきて、シャワーを浴びる前と後にタオルで床拭きしました！ ） 唯一のまともは、ベットメイク のみ綺麗でまともだった。 食堂については、係員が付きっきりで張り付いているので、テーブルや椅子、床、食品が載る台、ごみ箱も大変綺麗でした。 朝食は、小さいパン類とコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、オレンジ、リンゴのみで、栄養価の高い。卵関係やハンバーグ・ウインナー類も全く無い。電子レンジは、新品が有りましたが…。 以上、新築してまだ１年～２年ですが、全米ホテルチェーンのディズインとは、全く似ても似つかない最低最悪のホテルです！！！！！。 周辺については、地下鉄の２つ駅から ３００ｍと５００ｍですが、薄暗いし、歩道や地下道は尿臭がするし、歩道には黒人のホームレスが寝ていたり、浮浪者がウロチョロしている。また、ドラックや麻薬使用者が道端で ハイ になっている。又、売人から 薬 を買っているのも見てしまった。怖いです。 以上が、現状報告です。 私は、このホテルをお勧め致しません！ ##### Sagarame Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 30 Nov 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Disliked: Staff & service I was given the wrong direction by an employee,then when I get there I was told my bookings was cancelled that was about 10 pm. Das Hotel liegt etwa 200m neben der U-Bahn Station Atlantic Avenue. Von hier aus gibt es zwei mögliche Linien direkt in das Zentrum von Manhattan. Diese sind neben den Stosszeiten nicht allzu stark besetzt und man kann sitzen ..... Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, ein fast verwahrlostes Quartier von Brooklyn. Wir fühlten uns aber nie unsicher - sonst gäbe es ja auch noch ein Taxi, das einem für wenige Dollar zum Hotel bringen würde. Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall genossen. Das Frühstück wird im Keller bereitgestellt und ist eher einfach. wir waren immer die einzigen Gäste, die dort unten frühstückten - alle anderen nahmen sich das Frühstück ins Zimmer mit. Es werden hauptsächlich süsse Speisen bereitgestellt - das einzige nicht gesüsste Nahrungsmittel waren die Toastbrötchen.
