This is a quality property but as popularity continues to increase, there is still a warmth of approach. Service standardsc are high. This includes, front desk, concierge. Dini ng room management and wait staff, housdkeeping, bellman,porter and transportation staff as you enter property.

Casa Cipriani is like no other hotel in NYC. The waterfront locale and views give it an absolute advantage over other NYC 5-star properties. It's pricey so be ready to spend no less than $1000 per night. I must say however that CC is new to the luxury hotel scene and that quickly became apparent during my stay. There are still kinks to be worked out.

Casa Cipriani is an amazing hotel with Italian elegance. The Spa and Jazz Club within the hotel are a must along with the terrace dining overlooking the East River and Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel is a short walk to Battery Park and WTC Memorial. I can't tell you the last time a Hotel Manager introduced himself when I was checking in, what a great staff at this quirky elegant boutique hotel..

Perfect in every way
Best service I've ever had in my life. It was effortless, elegant, and welcoming. Just like the hotel itself. Jazz club had great music and food. Bought the singer a whiskey, and had some oysters and a steak while I was at it. Great night's sleep, and back on the road in the morning. Absolute perfection
