整體硬體環境與新冠疫情之前差不多，只是很明顯地受到新冠疫情影響，提供的服務品質有降低的現象。整個旅館營運似乎只是維持在“可以運作”的水準，因此感覺不出來有高級溫泉旅館該有的質感。例如住宿的客人可以免費進出“大眾湯”，已經改為必須另外支付優惠價NT$300；吃到飽的早餐，改為送到客房的套餐。客房內迎賓的零食點心沒有了…還有，客房地毯有大面積咖啡噴濺的咖啡漬殘留，旅館大廳Lobby多半時候燈光昏暗，只開啟櫃臺燈！而且經常進入大廳時，未見任何工作人員，必須呼喚才見人員出現！進入停車場前，被擋在停車閘門前最少10分鐘無人開啟閘門，必須要乘客下車進大廳去呼喚工作人員開啟閘門！房間內抽屜裡的威士忌杯破裂，杯緣出現缺口，還好注意到了，不然一定割傷嘴唇或舌頭！…總之，希望儘快恢復如過去應該有的服務水準，畢竟泡湯的旺季到了，別嚇跑了對貴旅店集團一向忠心的客人。 當日入住的房型沒有景，想說要換到面河有景的房間，服務人員一直無法說要加價多少錢？等了20分鐘也得不到回應。 另外，才剛入住就有服務人員來敲門，說有東西擺在裡面要拿走...但一開始也說不清楚是什麼，最後是把Mini Bar上的兩碗泡麵拿走～說實話那也沒有多少錢，但溝通不清楚跟整體的服務真的是有待加強。 客房的隔音實在太差了，隔壁房根本連大聲喧嘩都不用，聊天的聲音就句句都可聽見，偏偏我們隔壁房的到深夜都還一直在講話，噪音真的是種折磨。不只如此，夜間人員顯然不足，不但櫃檯應接不暇，泡湯區多半時間都找不到管理人員，加上大眾湯疑似不夠清潔而有異味，多年前璞石麗緻還算是個性價比不錯的選擇，現在卻只是往日雲煙，因為已經到了不想再來入住的程度了！除了隔音差、人員少而服務不到位、以及大眾湯有難聞的異味等三點外，其他部分倒還算有普通的水準 本人在１２月１４曰入住，當天本想當晚在酒店的餐廳嘗試在酒店綱上推介的晚餐，但客戶服務說當晚已全部預約沒有空位，及後再想預訂後一晚的晚餐也回覆已客滿，令夫婦二人十分失望無法享受你們的推介。但在我們入住的兩天晚上經過酒店餐廳竟然發現餐廳烏燈黑火及門也上鎖了。我們感覺十分憤怒這酒店為何那麼不誠實，如果酒店餐廳未能提供晚餐服務何不大方回覆住客原因，敬請以後不要用如些低劣的服務態度回覆住客。
