The best location to stay near Taoyuan Airport. It is 3 stations aways and takes only 15 minute to the airport. The hotel is next to main road and train tracks but I am amazed with its sound proof. My room is huge with 2 rocking lounge chairs; bathroom comes with luxury freestanding bathtub. It is enjoyable except the unpleasant smell at the hallway to elevator. Hope to see their improvement during my next stay.

Clean & spacious room, nice staff, great breakfast and in a very convenient location. Since the hotel is by the railway station, do expect some noise from trains.

Stayed here for a layover was a reasonable stay and able to explore New Taipei City from here. Clean rooms But lacking room amenities as per their new policy. Good for a short stay, near the MRT.

The location is right next to a MRT station. Very convent for taking the train to airport or Taipei city center. Hotel is modern, clean, well maintained with friendly staff. Free breakfast was delicious!

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast had so many options and also a very spacious seating area. There is an MRT station across the street (and only a few stops from the airport), and a large shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance (500 meters). Very convenient. Would stay here again. You can hear some of the street noise and train noise from the room. This was not an issue for me, but light sleepers should be aware.

To be improved; 1. 4 dead bugs were found in the bath tub and a spider was running and then dangling from the bed! 2. Noise from the road was quite loud. Positive sides: 1. Room changed for us 2. Friendly stuffs

The building and the rooms were new, and were clean. However, there were some details missing on the level of cleaning. Seemed like the hotel is a bit short-staffed, and the complimentary breakfast was mediocre.
