The room was very simple with no windows, but comfortable enough for 2 days. The air conditioning was ok, but since our room had an elevated part where the large bed and the bathroom was, only the lower part was cool. We loved this as we could sleep with the air conditioning on without catching a cold :) The place is only 20m away from the Old Street in Jiufen and from the top it has a great view. If you are coming with taxi or bus, you should get off near Family Mart, as the top (4F) entrance is there. Cars cannot access the 1F entrance and the bus stop is quite far from there. The people (and the owner?) are very nice and helpful, we had no problem at all.
