The hot spring is good. Pool is filled with too many kids, I was not able to swim normally. They should have a section of swimming pool portion blocked off for swimmers and kids to play. So, people actually want to go swim can swim without bumping into kids every 3 feet. Also, I was not able to book the room from Bonvoy for some reason that they can't explain, thats why I booked through here. The rate here in Hotel.com is actually cheaper compare to Bonvoy. This is something I am not happy about.
