The decor was rather bland and dark. I prefer a bathroom with all 3 pieces in one room. I do not like a separate sink open to the room. The bed was very comfortable.

This was the first time in awhile that the heat/air conditioning worked like it should. We have had other hotels that this was a problem. The room was bed was comfortable.

The ONLY reason I booked this hotel was because it advertised an indoor pool. I called to verify they indeed had an indoor pool and told the hotel this was the pool was important. I was not told there was a problem with the pool.
I arrived 23 hours later and was informed that the pool heater was broken. The pool was open but VERY cold.
I expressed my dismay because my twins were planning to use the pool. The hotels response was, "kids are resilient."
Because the pool was down my children were confined to our room for the weekend, because weather was too cold to do outdoor activities.
Will not be using this hotel again.

Thank you for your review. Again we apologize about the pool heater. Being sold out the night before housekeeping did their best to accommodate all guests in a timely fashion with all early check-ins. We are sorry for any inconvenience that caused you.
Our stay was very nice. It was just an overnight rest from a long drive from the East Coast to the middle of the states the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and accommodating. It was very quiet. The only complaint was the breakfast was absolutely horrible. the eggs were powdered eggs and the sausage links were very fatty With no real meat. The oatmeal was quaker in the little bags. The breakfast at this hotel could’ve been a whole lot better I would have to say on the scale from 0 to 10 being zero is the worst and 10 is the best, the breakfast was an absolute zero even the coffee was awful. In conclusion if you want to have a nice nice sleep that is very restful and comfortable. This is the place but I highly recommend doing breakfast elsewhere.

Very nice hotel! Room is large. King size bed, couch, fridge, microwave...bed and pillows are really comfy! Very clean.
The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. So far its a great stay.

Overall a great place to stop. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was the cleanest we have ever encountered on our trip back from the Midwest. We would have preferred the sink to be in the bathroom, not outside, but not a deal breaker. Staff was very professional and pleasant.

The only thing is I parked in the lines in front so I could get my child in and also my baby carrier , an employee decided to park out of the lines and so close to my driver side I could not get into my car and had to get in on the passenger side. She was outside smoking so I said something and she gave me attitude. I feel employees should not park in the very front row. I also have videos if you would like to see them. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

Location to highway was good. Parking was good. Room smelled like BO and hair all over bathroom floor and shower and bed.

My room was very clean and my bed was comfortable. However, the television didn't work. "No signal" for every station. Not sure what that was about. I didn't tell them about it until i was checking out, so I don't know if they would have been able to fix it. The staff was very responsive and everyone was nice.
