Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped updated kitchen and share a meal in the private fully-fenced string lit side yard with outdoor gazebo dining and a gas barbecue grill. NSB living awaits! One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the kitchen is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data. Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. It was spacious and comfortable with most everything we could need. The property management company is very communicative and we found them to be very easy to work with. It was tough to decide on 4 vs 5 stars and the property did really match everything we need, we slept great, etc. but there are a few things where some maintenance would probably go a long way. In particular the full bath/shower could use some repairs or replacement. Otherwise our stay was great and we would consider staying there again. ##### Mark S.
