One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the kitchen is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data. Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property.
