You'll have a great view of the beach and you can walk directly down onto the beach using the boardwalk just steps away from the house. Flager street is just a 5 minute walk as well. Beautiful view, can’t beat the location (can walk to beach and Flagler Ave) and the layout is perfect for adults and teens. The property was immaculate inside and out and the owners were very responsive and super helpful. The location of the property was ideal for the beach and the local restaurants and bars. The property is well taken care of and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check is was extremely easy. There are beach towels and chairs provided, but you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you need more. There are cars parked on the beach and travelling up and down the beach which takes up a good portion of the sandier areas. There are a lot fees that will be imposed if you do not follow all the cleaning rules, but overall a great place to stay at NSB! ##### Holly S. But, more importantly, the last remodel of the town home (however long ago that's been) made it clean and very nice to stay. The ease of getting in - all set up in advance was very nice as well.
