This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

Enjoy the beautiful southward ocean view from the balcony. The master bedroom will entice you with its massive king size bed and the sound of ocean waves. This bedroom has a full private bath and TV. The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and enjoys its privacy featuring two twin size beds and a full bath located directly outside this bedroom. 3 TV's, a washing machine and dryer in the unit, 1 DVD player, Premier Cable Service, private secured Internet, reclining sofa, king bed, and 2 twins sleep up to 5.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.
