    This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

This newly renovated 1/1 condo is brand new to the rental program and offers breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset. The unit also overlooks the sparkling, seasonally heated pool. Inside, you'll find a modern and stylish space equipped with brand new everything from top to bottom! It has two TVs for your entertainment. The condo also features a king bed as well as a cozy bunk room with a twin, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Experience the beauty and tranquility of the ocean from the comfort of your balcony in this luxurious, updated condo. Your perfect seaside getaway awaits!

Very clean. Great size kitchen - well equipped. A lot of beach items in the closet, including a cabana which was nice. Bed was comfortable - and a small second bed proved very useful and comfortable as well. Perfect view of the beach, just as the listing stated. we did not need parking passes during our time there, so no comment there. we will be back, Cate is a great host.
