All the comforts of home with a welcoming, fully equipped kitchen, new ceramic tile floor and an updated shower in the bathroom. A bunk room provides the benefits of private, two bedroom sleeping for the VALUE rate of a one bedroom unit. This convenient first floor unit offers effortless access for retirees with limited mobility or families with young children and all their beach gear. The cozy back porch opens up to a tropical landscaped courtyard. This corner unit has a more private setting and is still only a few steps from the pool, cabana, gas grills and laundry facilities. There are 2 TV's and Wireless Internet for the family, and we are located on the safer NON-driving part of the beach. It was on the 2nd floor with a great view of the beach. There were a few minor inconveniences. The bed was missing a top sheet, the stove display was impossible to read, and the cable didn’t work in the master bedroom. There was also what appeared to be dog hair all along the baseboards. I was on the beach or pool anyway. The light in the kitchen was missing a fluorescent bulb and the door on the lower cabinet fell off. Also the drawer in the kitchen fell apart. The condo cold stand a little overhaul in terms of cabinets. I loved the space though. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed.
