The unit includes a queen-size bed, swivel chairs, and a large smart TV that can be viewed comfortably from either the bed or the seating area. The full bathroom features a washer and dryer, and there’s plenty of space for clothing, storage, and dressing.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes an induction burner, Ninja air fryer (great for grilling, baking, and roasting), a microwave, and all the essentials for light cooking. A fold-down Murphy table offers a spot for two to enjoy a meal or get some work done.

Guests can enter through either the front or back of the unit. While the studio is attached to a larger four-bedroom home, it is a completely separate and private space. Both units have their own entrances, designated parking spots, and separate sections of the front porch — ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and enjoy.
