This hotel is a great location. Just a block and a half to Bourbon Street. Very close, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful when you need it. The bathrooms, although kept very clean with nice towels and products, are showing their age. I assume they will need an update soon. The in house restaurant was nice for breakfast for us daily. People were polite and helpful. I definitely would stay here again.

The carpet of the room could use a deep cleaning. When we opened the drawers of the cabinets smelled like very old furniture so we kept our clothes in the luggage. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff was very good. They welcomed me and helped me check in quickly. I paid extra for an early check-in. This made my visit very relaxing from the Start. I also loved the welcome gift packs . The room was clean. It just needed a little matainence. The bathroom mirror was slightly broken and the mirror surface was worn due to earlier cleaning.air condition was fantastic. The Bathroom gets hot when the door is closed.
