This property was perfect for our family. The 2 bedrooms and kitchen was ideal. The location was the best! Close to the French market and streetcar line. At the end of Frenchmans street for the best jazz music and we went during the Krewe of Boo parade so we were right at the beginning of the parade. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t be closer to Frenchmen Street! This hotel property is ideally located, is a suite-only boutique hotel with one-and-two bedroom comfortable suites, and is such a lovely place! Staff are excellent, the 2nd floor veranda / patio was the perfect spot to watch the annual New Orleans Krewe of Boo! Halloween Parade this past Saturday night, and being within steps of the base of Frenchmen Street (like Bourbon Street, but for adults) makes this an amazing hotel for a weekend trip to New Orleans *or* a longer week-long or multi-weeks NOLA visit. Five stars. No notes. Great value. Lovely boutique hotel property!!!

The concierge was very curt and rude with us at check in and gave us a parking spot that was inconvenient for the size of my vehicle. However, they did provide 2 fans when our a/c was too hot and extra linens and towels when we asked. The rest of the staff was very helpful, polite and respectful.

Perfect location - across the street from the streetcar station, walking distance to Bourbon St, east end of the French Quarter. Nice for a family, since it has bedrooms, instead of just one room with beds. We 100% plan to stay again.

This is a decent place and I would stay here again. It’s a good location for exploring the French Quarter by foot. The rooms are pretty dated but comfortable. Parking is first come first served and on weekends you should plan to park on the lot behind the hotel. It’s $28 a day.

The property is in serious need of REPAIR and remodeling. Staff was courteous. Balcony had a nice view. In good French Quarter location. The pool was a kiddie pool. Rooms cramped. Furniture shoddy. Housekeeping service ‘on demand’ for $10.00 per day. Some or many units are owned on a time share basis. Will not return.
