Our room was very clean and well decorated. It is an easy walk from bourbon street that is in a quieter area. The restaurant downstairs was a nice surprise as the breakfast food was VERY good.
Ots smelled fresh and clean, maybe new carpet! But it was great. Under construction for the lobby, missed the sitting area. Elevators were wonky, seemed the fastest was the service elevator but overall not great experience, front desk staf and all the staff was fabulous.
The room was clean and bar and restaurant staff were great. The valet and parking was not ideal. Also several floors were under construction which made the lobby non existent.
Hotel is being renovated. Lobby check in is on floor 2. Only 1 elevator working so don't be in a rush, it was stopping on random floors. Joked guess they gave up waiting and took the stairs. Amenities don't know. Valet employees were all very nice and helpful. Gave 3 stars because I was disappointed regular price and couldn't enjoy the whole hotel. If hotel was open they should have had signs directing, felt like you had to take the elevator to your room and stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time there.
The only issue we experienced was that the battery to our room door died, which meant we had trouble getting into our room. Thankfully, the staff addressed the situation and helped us get it resolved.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying at this Hilton again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This property is in a great location as it is in walking distance to everything restaurant and night life wise. The staff was nice. The rooms are nice although the could use an air purifier and replace the carpet as upon entering and my stay it had me sneezing the whole weekend besides that. This property is a gem
Close to the French quarter with small cafes to enjoy a good breakfast and even lunch.
We enjoyed riding the street car on St Charles Av paying 80 cents roundtrip with stops in the garden district and Audubon park and zoo.
Very nice staff, clean rooms, just wish they had better amenities, especially since you’re paying for them.

Liked: Staff & service
Personally I think a hotel should be required to post on their website and to notify anyone that books a room, that they are currently under construction. Out of the number of hotels in New Orleans I would definitely not prefer to stay at one that is under construction. Check in time was 3:00 but I was told the same as everyone else waiting in the lobby "my room wouldn't be available until after 4:00). Somehow no one's room was available but magically all of our rooms would be available after 4:00. Out of five elevators only three were operable. One of those being the staff elevator which we weren't allowed to use. The room was nice and thankfully there was no noise associated with the construction that was going on that I could hear. The staff was friendly but the service is very slow. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in and all of 25 minutes to get my vehicle from valet.
