The room key card was hard to use. I guess the hotel was having difficulties on internet issues. Hotel staff was great

Room was bigger than expected. Atrium can be loud in morning for breakfast and even with loud children, did not hear them from the bedroom side of my room. Breakfast buffet was decent, get omelette or other fresh egg styles from the made to order station. Good amenities, well maintained. Front desk said a full renovation of all rooms was done 3-4 years ago and it shows. Beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is our go-to when we stay in the city. Most recent trip, we were given a balcony room. I highly recommend these rooms. We spent a good portion of our stay just taking in the city.

"We had another beautiful stay at The Clement. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping and bell staff. The location is the best in town, and the bed…I wish I could take it home with me! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very disappointed with our stay here. Room was terrible and not what we booked. It was a handicap room and not facing the ocean. Also did not include parking which was an additional cost I didn’t expect. Waiting for our room to be ready the heating and cooling system as well as the tv were very hard ..."
