Very nice front desk staff. The room was clean, with nice amenities and a comfortable king bed. The breakfast bar was fine, a decent range of choices. The pool is great, with plenty of lounge chairs and a nice drink snack bar. My wife and I are already planning a future stay.

The pool was great. The room is in desperate need of redoing and the elevator is downright frightening. Breakfast needs to vary each day and include fruit. The pool staff was very nice.

It was in a good location. Room was clean but had an awful smell. Windows on most of the rooms were dirty. Restaurant was not open on the first day I stayed. Bar was open and completely empty. Pool and pool bar was nice even though it was next to a tennis court that had weeds growing out of it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. With a little TLC this could be a really nice place.

Just returned from a few wonderful days in New Hope. This hotel was in a fantastic location, just a few miles from Peddler's Village and New Hope's Main Street. The property is older and basic, but it was clean, and the pool area is great! We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a quick five minute drive to historic New Hope. Very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. The pool area is amazing. The water was comfortable and not too cold. We enjoyed our mojitos, so thank you to the excellent bartender. We'll definitely come back, hopefully in the fall.

The motel is an older one but the rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the outdoor is very large, there is a bar at the pool and a bar inside too that’s open to midnight, there is plenty of parking, a free breakfast from 7-10 am, and the location is very convenient about halfway between downtown New Hope and Peddlar’s Village in Doylestown, on Rt 202.

Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s worth $300 a night. The floor by the bathroom sink was seeping water. We had to keep putting towels down. The maid never came to our room so I had to go to the front desk to request more Coffee for the next morning and toilet paper. The outside of the rooms and establishment could use some updating. The windows on the outside of the rooms needed to be cleaned. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. And the pool was fun.The room itself was sufficient and the bed was comfortable.
