The location was wonderful. Enjoyed New Buffalo and surrounding area. The house was nice inside. The outside was in disrepair and filthy. For the price we paid, I would expect things to be in good repair. The screened in porch had ripped, dirty screens. The screen door barely closed. The outdoor furniture was dirty. The garage area and garbage location was very dirty. Several mechanical items were not functional (outdoor shower, some ceiling fans, etc). The golf cart did not have the current year sticker, resulting in a ticket when we took it to the beach area. One of the selling points was beach access, however we learned upon arrival that the beach access was closed. We would not stay at this property again.
