The main floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, half bath, and river-view balcony. Upstairs, both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.



The primary bedroom has a queen bed + twin trundle and its own balcony overlooking the Guadalupe. The second bedroom also has a queen bed + twin trundle, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa.



River Access

The complex has a pool, community grills, and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. There is no direct tubing access from the condo. A staircase leads from the pool area toward the river, and an additional access point is currently being added.

Good to Know

Host must be 25+ and staying at the property. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, with no daytime guests allowed. ID must be added to electronic rental agreement (required).



Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs. are welcome with a $25/day per pet fee and breed restrictions.



Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras. Accidental damage protection up to $1,500 is included.
