Bed was very soft and welcoming. Staff was friendly was helpful. Parking was easy and available. It was located near restaurants and shopping. The bathroom needed some work…door needed replacing, mold starting in bathroom ceiling and rust around the door frame. The room did have a musty smell. Our room we had on the third floor the week before was so much better.

The hotel was a great budget-friendly place to stay. The facility was clean, and both the lobby and room were well maintained. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Overall, though, it was one of the cheapest places to stay and offered a clean and comfortable experience for the price. I would consider staying here again.

Everything was good but it seemed there was just a little something broken with everything. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean and staff was nice. Things like Side doors were not operating, pool was closed, only one elevator working. None of the juices were functioning for breakfast. Perfect for a short stay.

I’ve stayed in several hotels where they have a breakfast buffet, but this one was the worse. In every hotel that I have stayed there has always been someone keeping up with the cleanliness of the breakfast area. This one was a total mess food thrown all over the floor counters full of food. I know the adults staying there should be the ones picking up after themselves, but of course that’s not the case here. Then to top all this off I paid for my booking in advance and I kept getting calls when am I paying for my second night. Well they had 3 guests with the same name but different last name so just caused lots of confusion there not comfort inn fault there. That was Expedia to blame for giving someone else our paid room. But overall rooms were clean and other areas to the hotel

The lady at the front desk was excellent! She went above and beyond to secure a handicap room that had already been assigned to a future guest. She called that guest and confirmed they did not need room 103. And at checkout, she remembered my name and thanked come for staying there. Fabulous customer service!

Room was infested with roaches. Had to move to another room and still found a roach. Had some drinks and fruit that needed to be cold but fridge was not working. It was late so we had no choice but to stay there. Staff was Great!
