We absolutely loved our stay in the water front suite! It was roomy with a comfortable bed and pillows. The large outdoor deck was great in the evenings. It was so private and had a good view of the harbor. The staff was very accommodating as well. The only thing I would suggest is an umbrella it shade sail on the patio during the hot season. I can't wait to return!

New Bern is a hidden gem! Incredible history, architecture, gardens, shopping, dining, etc. Try Persimmon's restaurant on the water. The brand new staff at Tryon Riverfront weren't helpful at problem solving room issues. Food fantastic (especially gluten free sweet potato pancakes) but expect to wait awhile.

This hotel is very, very nice. Clean, comfortable, modern and just a short 10 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the staff (in particular Medina, Sydney and Jake) were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful experience. Looking forward to a return in the very near future.
