### 3BR Retreat with King Suite and Pet-Friendly with Fully Fenced Yard

Relax with the whole family in this cozy, updated home in a small, quiet neighborhood. Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and let the dog out to play in the private, fenced-in backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee however you like it. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers. With a TV in every room, there will be no fighting over what to watch! This home is 2.8 miles to a Neighborhood Walmart, 4.4 miles to the hospital and 5.6 miles from downtown.

LIVING ROOM  
Enjoy watching a 50 inch flat screen TV from comfy leather sofas in the living room. There is a small desk/ work station with fast Wi-Fi, great for setting up your laptop in the kitchen. Waterproof, durable LVP flooring makes hosting pets a breeze!  
  
MASTER BEDROOM  
The comfortable master suite features king size bed with large dresser and private bathroom. Stream your favorite shows on a 43" Roku TV. All beds and pillows are fully encased. All bedroom closets have extra blankets.  
  
MASTER BATHROOM  
Enjoy a private master bathroom all to yourself. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and wash clothes are provided.   
  
MASTER CLOSET  
The master closet has extra blankets, plenty of hangers, and a pack n' play for families with toddlers.   
  
KITCHEN  
The kitchen table seats 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen itself is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. A full laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well.  
  
2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS  
The other two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and smart TV. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a small dresser in the closet, and a wall-mounted Roku TV.   
  
BACKYARD  
The large, fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids and pets. Privacy fence makes it feel like your own private oasis. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the back porch with table and two chairs.   
  
PARKING  
The driveway easily holds three cars and extra cars are welcome to park on the grass and on the street in front of the house. Travelers with work trailers, boat trailers, or RVs will have room to back in the driveway and park in the grass by the house.

Free on-site washer and dryer. We provide a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets. Iron and ironing board are provided.
