Manager/owner Mustafa made sure that we were looked after well, to everything we asked he said yes, he got us very good deals on tours and balloon rides. The hotel is run very efficiently by great team work and a smile. It was like a home away from home. As we collected our left luggage in the afternoon, Cigna even assisted us in finding a place for a shower facility within the city center before we catch the night bus, even if we’ve already checked out that morning, Munnever from from the dining staff also made sure we were satisfied with the breakfast prepared.
