Room and bathroom equipment was a really basic one. What this hotel makes exceptional is the staff, views from the hotels terrace and restaurant. I would like to mentioned the staff, especially the lady at reception who was helpful a lot with quite extensive explanation about the whole Cappadocia area. Her tips was quite valuable. The view from hotels terrace and restaurant was splendid. The pleasant surprise was the upgrade from economy rooms to deluxe… the rooms were super cozy, clean, authentic decorated. The bedding was so soft. Everything that we needed we had. We had a beautiful view of air balloon attraction every morning from the terrace if the hotel. While city view is right there in front of you like on the palm of your hand. The breakfast was made with love. We were so close to everything in this beautiful town. The staff was there 24/7, they were helping booking all our transfers. They spoke perfect english! There is nothing i would change about our stay there.
