The shower door above the bathtub leaked water on the floor. The bathtub is somehow raised very high. There is a foot pedestal in front of the bathtub. I literally had to climb into the bathtub. Luckily I had no mobility difficulty. This could become a major accessibility problem that was not disclosed when I made the reservation of this hotel.

Hello. Our hotel is a historical building and was built in 1871. After 140 years, it was restored and put into use again. During this restoration, we tried not to disturb the historical structure and to make the comfort of our guests without any problems. However, the internal restoration without disturbing the historical structure brings some obstacles to the present day. The interior building structure was architected according to the needs of the late 1800s and has survived to the present day. In this context, the restoration was completed with a plan based on two different equations. Since an architectural structure that meets today's needs was not built from scratch, a building planned according to the needs of the 1800s was reorganised according to the needs of the 2000s. Ali, the front desk guy was amazing. Super professional, kind, cordial and helpful. The breakfast was great and better than those continental breakfasts. He helped me with tours, transfers, info about what to do in the city etc. I just loved staying there! :) Such a great customer service and customer care. As a result, I will bring my parents there.

Me encantó el hotel, realmente las habitaciones se siente como una cueva. El personal fue muy servicial y nos ayudaron a conseguir tours para recorrer Capadocia. El desayuno es delicioso y tienen una terraza para poder ver todo el pueblo y los globos volando.

Had a great stay here. staff was really amazing and helped a ton in booking very last minute activities and airport shuttle. Room was very comfortable, location is great (close to an amazing viewpoint for the baloons), and roof top views is great as well. The only complaints that I have are... the washrooms needs a bit of deep clean and updating. Drinking glasses during breakfast is a bit dirty and wifi signal could've been improved (dead spots and sometimes disconnects). Other than that, will definitely recommend for the price paid and for the service alone.

Property needs some fixing, particularly the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom flooded from a leak in the tub. We didn't need our bathroom to be cleaned daily but because of this, it was necessary. I Iove the staff though. Very accommodating and friendly. Always helping with a smile. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. For starters, I was given a room that had a strong cigarette smell. I asked the staff to change rooms and they did. At night, staff smokes inside in the reception, so to get to my room I had to pass through a hallway full of smoke and smelling bad, so unpleasant! This smell is so ínstense that also goes up to the rooms. There is a no smoking sign but this is clearly a joke since staff don’t respect it. Secondly, this hotel is very noisy at night , there’s zero sound insulation in the room. The last night, at 12am, I had to go to the reception and ask the staff to keep the voice down cause they were chatting so loud that I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was good but clearly not enough to stay here again.

Egemen was incredible, Book your stay at this hotel. You wont regret it, the breakfast was very good and so was my room, very clean and spacious. Both brothers made sure I was safe throughout my trip and they were such kind people. When I return I will stay at the same hotel again. They provided impeccable service and really took care of me. Egemen was so handsome and he made the driver wait for me at the airport even though my flight was delayed 3 hours. I recommend you book your tours with them, because they really pick out the best tours best suited for you. I fell in love with Cappadocia. The brothers taught me so much about turkish history and I cant wait to come again. They really go out of their way just to help you, you wont regret it.

Nice place. The room was clean. The staff was helpful, including by arranging the shuttle to and from the airport. There was some loud noise from the street and there was not much sound insulation (even though the windows were shut). The bathtub had a small leak but nothing major. Overall, it's a perfectly good hotel in a location about as central as possible for the main Cappadocia attractions.

i stayed in a cave room, which was clean and equipped well. A receptionist ( sorry but i forgot to ask his name.. he is a student of tourism) was amazing. He was gentle, friendly, and helpful; when the shower broke, he fixed quickly! The breakfast was nice with a view from the terrace. location was perfect. definitely recommend this hotel.

Las atenciones son de primera. Siempre tratando de que uno esté bien. Me llevaron a tomar el bus en la noche. Lo que pasa es que tengo 77 años y hay que subir y bajar escaleras , pero eso es la construcción del edificio

Un hôtel très cher pour la qualité. Lorsque vous êtes fenêtres fermées c’est comme si vous étiez dans la rue, de plus les clients de l’hôtel se lèvent à 4h30 pour aller voir les montgolfières et que la porte de la chambre est très mal faite, vous êtes constamment réveillés. Alors que nous avions demandé une chambre calme… La terrasse est sympa, le personnel plutôt accueillant, mais par contre le petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon… Et en plus, pas de ménage de chambre fait automatiquement ! Il faut le demander !! Un peu choquant. Bref pas terrible, essayez de trouver un hôtel plus typique a goreme, même si ce n’est pas chose facile.

mutlaka konaklamalısınız.
otele giriş saatimiz öğleden sonra olmasına karşın, önceki gece saat 3 te erken giriş yapmamıza olanak sağlayan Kemal bey aynı zamanda gezi organizasyonumuzu da yaptı. onun yanında bölge hakkında bir tur rehberinden fazla bilgi verdi. Odaların temizliği çok güzeldi. en sıcak zamanda bile klima açmadan serin bir şekilde rahat uyuduk. kesinlikle çevremdeki herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Tres bon séjour à l'hôtel Diamond. Le personnel est serviable, accueillant et à l'écoute pour toute excursion, shuttle ou conseils pour les visites, restaurants etc... La chambre est propre et bien équipée. La localisation est top, proche du centre ville et du sunset point view.

버스터미널. 선셋포인트 다 가까워서 좋아요 호스트가 엄청 친절해요 라지에다 난방이라 조금 추웠어요 방음이 안되서 밤비행기 타고 온 관광객들로 많이 시끄러웠어요 전체적으로 가격대비 가성비 좋다고 생각합니다

Really great hotel, helpful and friendly staff
Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've had in my life--not an exaggeration. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped me arrange trips to ride horses and explore Cappadocia, and both were incredible experiences at extremely reasonable prices. They let us have our pick of the available rooms, all of which were absolutely beautiful. We ended up in a room that was warm and comfortable, even when it was -19C outside, and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent as well, and the views from the terrace where breakfast is served are just spectacular. I can't recommend this hotel enough and would definitely go back again. Thank you to all of you who helped us have a great vacation in Cappadocia!

Kış ayında gitmiş olmanın verdiği o sakinlik sessizlik çok güzeldi. Otel hiç gürültülü vb değildi.Odamız temizdi bizi rahatsız eden birşey olmadı. Kahvaltısı çoğu otel kahvaltısına göre çok iyiydi yeterliydi hatta omlet vb bile yapmışlardı. Sadece eksi olarak otopark çok küçücük 2-3 araç anca sığıyor ve biz burdayken hep doluydu. Ama çok sıkıntı değil çünkü yakınlarda koyabileceğin yerler var. Teras kısmı çok gğzel sabah balonları vb yakından izleyebiliyoruz. Gece o teras katı açık tuttuğunuz için teşekkür ederiz. Evde gibi hissettik tekrar Kapadokyaya yolumuz düşerse uğrayacağımız adres
