The owners & staff are all lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is great and you can see the balloons from the terrace floating across the town. Rooms are very spacious! Checking in was very easy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and were kind enough to propose and arrange airport transportation for me. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was incredible, had the best plain omelette. I only spent two nights but the owner made me feel like home and the entire staff was super friendly and hospitable. Room is extremely nice for the price and cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. Very well located and easy to walk wherever you want to town. Also a nice 10 min walk from the valley so you can easily wake up and get an amazing view of the balloons in the morning. Extremely happy with the hotel and the dedication to service the staff brings. The owner Bahri will quickly become a friend for life and he personally ensures everyone has a great experience. The location is wonderful too. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood yet a two block walk takes you to the downtown section of town where you can enjoy an incredible Turkish dinning experience. Alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt in Göreme zentral, trotzdem ist die Straße ruhig. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in our room absolutely didn’t work well, and this is in a scorching Cappadocia summer (90F). Told them about it, the guy on the desk said he ll clean and see if that works, which it didn’t so i asked for a room switch to which he said “there’s nothing we can do about it “. La recepcionista de damos 5 estrellas porque nos ha ayudado en todo que necesitamos, nos vendió el viaje de balón a muy buen precio en Goreme, con una empresa de prestígio sin incidentes. Nos solucionó los traslados aeropuerto -Goreme- Aeropuerto sin incidencias. El desayuno en el Hotel (200liras) por persona , con mucha calidad que vale la pena. En la habitación algunos puntos negativos, armario solo con 3 perchas, sin un sitio para poner la ropa.El baño con olor desde el inodoro, no muy fuerte pero persistente. La cama cómoda, perfecta para descansar. The breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen was also available for use outside breakfast hours. The kitchen and eating area on the top floor with a balcony, all affording a perfect view of the area. The décor was lovely and cozy. We stayed in a suite that had the largest jetted tub I have ever seen and a great sauna. The mattresses were very firm, which we really liked. The hotel is in a very convenient location, only one block from the main street of restaurants and shops in Goreme. The road in front of the hotel was wider than most in town and there appeared to be plenty of parking compared to most areas. The hotel had only been open a week and there were still a handful of finishing touches that they were still working to complete, but it is clear that the attentive staff will ensure a beautiful hotel and great experience for visitors. The price for this hotel was a steal and it was really easy to book through Expedia.
