The staff at Caftan Cave Suites were really great. Turgun welcomed us and gave us a lot of information from things to see in Goreme and also in the Capadoccia region in general since we were travelling with a toddler. Zeynep, Ayshe and Barkay were always lovely to see in the morning during breakfast and were so lovely. Halil and Hamza we would see in the evenings and they would interact with our son so well. Overall a great place to stay with amazing views of the hot air balloons in the morning from the terrace and breakfast was a great spread. Would come back here again!

This was a great hotel. The roof was gorgeous and great for photos with the balloons in the morning. The staff and service really stood out! They were so friendly and helpful at every point. Would highly recommend!

El personal muy atento, hablan inglés y un poco español. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. Las recamaras por el precio esta bien, lo unico malo es que las camas rechinan, el baño un poco descuidado, en general bien para 2 dias.
