Vacation bungalow built in 2021 in accordance with DIN standards 18025-2

The holiday bungalow was completed in late November 2021. <br><br>It is located right next to our home and, at approximately 60 m², offers plenty of space for two people. <br><br>The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a wheelchair-accessible sink and a large shower with seating, and its ample space meets even the highest standards.<br><br>In the kitchen, we’ve deliberately opted not to use wall cabinets; instead, we’ve equipped the kitchen unit with drawers and placed the stove at knee height to make all utensils and appliances as easily accessible as possible for everyone.<br><br>All doors are wheelchair-accessible, with a width of 98.5 cm and a clearance height of 211 cm.<br><br>From the bedroom and living room, you have an unobstructed view of the garden and the south-facing slope overlooking the idyllic spa town of Bad Neualbenreuth.<br><br>Thanks to the ventilation system, state-of-the-art insulation, and underfloor heating, you’ll always enjoy a comfortable indoor climate. We’ve also installed an air purifier to filter out viruses and pollen.
