Noise from drinks machine, like fog horn at night , no water to wash or flush toilet in early hours , light on balcony goes off after2 minutes off sitting outside ,no staff when checking in also no staff on in the day time ,would never go back to stay .

Enjoyed a 4 day beach break after hectic Rome visit this was perfect to wind down before visiting Florence. Owner made us very welcome and produced wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. We would stay again
