Very modern penthouse with spectacular views of the sea and a large terrace with lounge area and outdoor shower perfectly connected to the nearby towns of Torrox Costa and Nerja, in the heart of the eastern coast of Malaga in the new Balcón del Mar complex.   
  
It has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The jewel of this apartment is the tranquility, the private terrace and the views. In addition, it has a luxurious community pool and a gym room.   
  
Both bedrooms face the sea, the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning.

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, alles wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles auch sehr sauber. Tolle Dachterrasse. Auch die Agentur ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war unsere erste Buchung über Casasol, gerne wieder. Wunderbare Lage, aber die Zufahrt ist beim ersten Mal schon etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich doch recht schnell daran.
