"We loved staying here! The bed was SOOOO comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One item I’ve never seen before: a motion-activated light under the bathroom sink to provide a little light for you if you get up at night. Note: I had seen mentions online of a round pool in the spa area, but not on Westin’s own site. They no longer have a pool, but do still have a spa."

"The apartment hotel is very close to Alexanderplatz S&U with an easy walk of less than 10 min, that makes convenient for the airport and city travel. Plenties of eateries and groceries are nearby for your selection. The staff are polite and hospitality in accommodating the guests, i.e. to provide salt and pots if cooking in the room by yourself. The room is clean and quiet without street noise even on the first floor facing to the street probably because of good window seal. The online checkin at the site is convenient, however be aware of the additional tax payment requirement. Overall we enjoyed our stay therefore recommend this place to future travelers."
