"Dents Rousses C1" is a 3-room apartment of 65 m2 situated on the 1st floor, welcoming a maximum capacity of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace used solely for decorative purposes, and provides direct access to the balcony. The entrance hall incorporates a sleeping area with 1 bunk bed set of 2 levels, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own access to the balcony as well. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan space rather than enclosed rooms, such as a gallery or alcove configuration. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, with an additional separate WC also available. The apartment benefits from balconies in both north-facing and south-facing positions, complete with balcony furniture.
